Yeah, I think so. Also, DW was invite-only for quite some time, so I suspect the people who came here first were pretty excited and created communities because they didn't exist yet... but then for some reason they didn't do anything with them? So now they're basically just hogging good/fandom community names, which is a shame for those people who would really like open some communities and actually do something with them. :(
