Yes! More doctors/some professionals should be like this, because I think it leads to better customer relations in the long run (not that I've got my business head on or anything at the moment ;) ) I mean, they don't have to ask/say much, but a little goes a long way (cliched, I know, but it's a cliche for a reason).

You're welcome! I just missed out applying for a library job because I didn't think to check the council website (it would've been a doozy, too, because it's a branch library and hardly anyone uses it). So there must be something about book-related jobs in the air!
