Right now I'm kinda bored. I will be going to sleep pretty soon, but before I do so, I want to briefly comment episode 2x17 of Gossip Girl, 'cause yeah... I just have to. XD;
● First of all, epic and funny scene:
Girl: Blair, this is madness!
Blair: NO! THIS. IS. CONSTANCE!
Just, LOL. XD; I loved that 300 reference.
● Loved the Dan/Blair scenes. This ship is totally made of win. It's gotta be my favourite after Chuck/Blair.
● WTF at Chuck suddenly falling for some random woman? One that could look like his mother, too! C'mon, Chuck, come back to Earth. Blair is right there waiting for you.
● It's official - I don't like Ms. Carr. Who does she think she is? I can't believe Dan really slept with her... That totally came out of nowhere. It made me giggle, actually, because right before that scene, it shows Serena leaving a message to Dan, saying 'I hope things can go back the way they were before.' Yeah, sure.
● Dan and Serena broke up for the 3rd time, I think? I'm beginning to dislike this couple. They break up too much. Always the same drama. Chuck/Blair is waaaaaaaay better at being angsty and awesome.
● LOL at Dorota being a secret agent! XD; And yay for Blair being bossy with her! I just love the relationship between those two.
● Blair is made of win. Full stop.
I tried to curl my hair, but... I wasn't fully successful. XD; I'll try again before I go to sleep. I do hope that tomorrow my hair doesn't look too weird or anything like that...

I do know some of the things that happen in the books, though, and I totally agree with you! Like, Chuck and Blair never actually got together... Also, Nate uses drugs, Serena smokes (I think?) and Blair is bulimic... (well, they do show Blair's bulimia in the Thanksgiving episode of season 1, but it's never mentioned again).
I managed to curl them in the end, but... the morning after they weren't so curly anymore. XD; Maybe I'll be luckier next time.
