random summer entry

I looked at my calendar this morning and noticed it's AUGUST 7th. Is it just me, or summer days really do fly by? I still feel like I just finished my exams yesterday. But anyway, this means that there are... 13 days left to my birthday. Whoa, I didn't realize it until today. Mmmh. I wonder how I should spend my birthday this year... I want my parents to spend it with me, but my birthday this year is gonna be on a Friday, so they'll be at work all day, as usual. I'll probably make a pie and then we'll spend the evening together.

Nothing particularly exciting has happened during these days. I've just watched a couple of movies I wanted to watch, including some Disney movies. Haha, I know, Disney movies are for children, but what can I do? I'm still a child at heart. XD Plus, the old movies are just too good and you can't deny it. Yeah, I sort of don't really like the new stuff Disney comes up with, except for a movie or two. Oh, and if you have a movie suggestion, then go ahead and tell me. I need to watch some new movies and they don't have to be popular or anything - just good, in your opinion. :D

For the time being, I just enjoy talking with Sara for hours and hours. It's been a while since we were able to talk for such a long time. We were both busy with exams and all. But now it's all good. ♥ She's such a crazy girl! She's always pairing me up with, well, anyone, really. XD

Pretty obvious answer: BLAIR WALDORF. I love everything about her. I believe she's my all-time favourite TV show female character ever. I admit I didn't like her at first, but that was because I watched the first few episodes with the Italian dub. Yes, it's a big difference. I don't like the Italian voice actors, that's why I promised myself I'd only and always watch Gossip Girl in English. I think Leighton Meester does such a perfect job with the character of Blair Waldorf. Although in season 3 there wasn't much of a storyline for Blair, it was more about Chuck. I hope Blair will be more relevant in season 4. She was fantastic in season 1 and 2, and I hope the writers will make Blair act like she did in those two seasons. But anyway, there isn't one thing I don't like about Blair. She's a total bitch, she cares about her friends, she plots against people and always taker her revenge, she's the queen, she's a fantastic character and well-developed, too - and, last but not least, she's so damn funny! Seriously, she cracks me up every time. Yeah, Blair Waldorf is made of pure win.

Well, happy days and happy hours do fly by, dear~ :3 I wish that I could hurry up and finish my major public exams so that I can be free, and can do whatever I like~ But, I still need to go to college, haha~ <3

A birthday? Wow, I wanna have a great 17th birthday this year, as the last year's birthday wasn't that good. Maybe I'd invite all my friends (including my crushes xD) to MacDonald's again, and then, go sing karaoke together like yesterday. Well... Neither Nana nor Coco sung, but then next time, I'd forced them to sing along! xD Or maybe we could go play snooker. It's the last year of me in high school so I guess that I could like, be happy with my friends for once? :3

I could suggest to you that you could call your classmates for a little gathering~ Or, if you wanna spend it with your family, then maybe you all can make some time on Saturday and go out for a picnic, or go walking in a park, or maybe shopping in the mall and getting something nice to eat, like ice creams and floats~ 8D Well, the decision is up to you~ :D You have the power to turn your birthday into an awesome one, I'll be rooting for ya, pumpkin! ♥

Ah, I know how you feel. That's exactly what I thought when I had to do my exams! But don't worry, it'll all be over soon enough~ <3 And then you'll think back to these days where you were all worried... and you'd laugh! XD

Ohh, that's a great idea~! :D I've never gone to karaoke, but it sounds like fun! Haha, yeah, force them to sing if necessary! XD I can just picture you going, 'YOU. SING. NOW.' XD And yeah, I'm sure you'll be really happy, dear~ ♥

Well, that's the problem with my birthday - it's right in the middle of summer vacation and all my classmates are always somewhere else. For the past years it was me who wasn't at home to celebrate my birthday, I was always on a trip someplace with my parents. Now that they own a shop, however, they don't have that much time to go on a trip with me, meh. But anyway, they're all good ideas, except for the fact that my father works on Saturdays, too. XD; The only time we can spend all three of us together is during the evening. But yeah, I could ask them to go eat something in a restaurant, or get ice cream somewhere. :D Haha, you gave me some wonderful suggestions, Beth-chan! ♥ Thank you~ <33

Yeah, I think that, too. However, I have to say, I enjoy more going to other people's parties than hosting a party! Don't know why. Probably because I'd feel super responsible if something happened to someone, even though all the people I know are over 18, so they're responsible for themselves, but... mh, I don't know how to explain it, hopefully you get the picture. XD; But maybe in the future I'll be hosting birthday parties, or my friends will organize a birthday party for me as a surprise, who knows~

Argh, that was so... unkind of him (I actually I have difficulty in finding a better word). D: I'm sorry to hear that! Well then, this year's birthday is gonna be a complete success, if compared to last year's, right? <3 No boyfriends in the way, just crushes! XD Haha, just kidding. Sort of. Well, I still haven't found that certain someone and I don't have a crush on anybody at the moment, so... XD Besides, I don't think I'd ever invite a person I have a crush on to my birthday party. That would just make me super nervous and I'd forget to have fun because I'd be too nervous. XD; Haha, but that's just me.

Hey, I kinda understand that why you don't sorta like hosting parties, 'cause it'll be a lot of work, and then your friends will be super nice to you, and I'm not ready for all the attention yet~ All I want my friends to know is that I would be really, really happy if they are gonna be together with me until the end of my life~ ♥ And you get treated like a queen, how awkward! >_<; Squee!

Definitely! <3 Haha~ I've seen a lot with my eyes after falling in love and breaking out of love, it really makes me more matured, and all I can say is: Love (as in gf and bf) isn't that important 'cause some boys aren't as sincere as you think they are, hahaha~ And so, I'm gonna focus on friendship from now onwards~ In love, you only focus on one (and your love might not be appreciated) but in friendship, you can spread as much love as you want to (and some might just return the same happiness! 8D) and you'll feel happy around them, in the end~ <3

No boyfriends in the way, just crushes! LIKE! ♥ I totally support this statement, as which manga doesn't have fluffy development between two lovers before they officially fall in love with one another? xD Yeah, maybe it's just you, but for me, I feel like it's a courtesy. xD I feel like if I'm already acquainted with him and he is my friend, I shouldn't leave him out. :D

Disney movies will always be suitable for every age!! Ha ha ha I love them. Some of the new stuff is iffy, but I actually enjoyed UP and Princess and the Frog a lot, for example. :D

And omg happy almost birthday!! I agree that summer just seems like it has escaped everyone. Or maybe it is just us. Either way, I don't know what I'm going to do with my life. I suppose just be in school FOREVER. Lol.

Hehe, thank you! I wish summer wouldn't always escape like she does every year. I guess it's inevitable. I just got out of high school this year, so instead... I guess I'm gonna be in university forever, haha! :D Just kidding. Hopefully I'll be finished with university in the next five years!
