family coming to visit!
Nov. 5th, 2010 01:17 pmHiya, guys. :D Hm, I believe this is the first time I've posted an entry in the morning.
I am feeling both tired and excited. You know why? Because one of my mother's cousins is coming here to visit us with her daughter! :D She's twenty, so she's just a year older than me. It's weird, usually I'm used to being the oldest (most of my cousins are younger than me), so now that I'm actually the younger one, it feels... weird and refreshing. XD My mother told me I have already met them when I was, like, a few months old, so I don't remember anything. XD; They haven't seen each other for 20+ years. Can you believe it? So they're coming today and they're spending the weekend here. They come all the way from a city called Pescara. I don't know if you've ever head of it, but they told me it's quite beautiful and very close to the sea. Now that I think about, all the members of our family were born or live near the sea. I guess it must run in our blood, or something. XD
So yeah, that's the reason why I haven't been around much lately and probably won't be during the weekend. My mother and I have been busy cleaning up the whole house (thank goodness we live in a small apartment), especially because the daughter of my mother's cousin is allergic to cats. And, well, we've had Milu for 6 years now. And she's got really long hairs, too. It's nearly impossible to get rid of all of them, since they're EVERYWHERE, even in the air. She said she'd bring her medicines with her, so hopefully it won't be much of a problem. My little kitty will have to stay on my side of the house (meaning, in my room and bathroom) for the whole weekend, if she's really that allergic. So I'll have to keep company to my cat during the night (and maybe a bit during the day, if she wants attention... which she always does XD). Well, my bed is practically her bed, and she sleeps with me all the time, so it shouldn't be much of a problem. I'll have to post a picture of Milu some time! :D
Anyway. My mother is coming in half an hour to pick me up and then we're going to pick them up in Mestre, which is an hour from here. I still don't know what we're going to do afterwards... probably hanging around and having fun, I guess. XD
By the way, for some strange reason, today I feel like Blair Waldorf. ...sort of. I don't how to describe it. XD It's probably because I curled my hair, put make up on and put on also a new perfume, haha. Actually, there is a really funny story behind the new perfume... but I'll talk about that some other day. XD
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! ♥
